Returns and Replacements
Effective as of 06 June 2024
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Refunds will be provided only on the following conditions:
The wrong product was sent by the FLYBOARD® ZAPATA.
The product is defective.
The product was damaged during shipping.
Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 working days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
The customer is responsible for collection fees.
